“We machined these sign faces from PBLT-18 Precision Board [www. precisionboard.com] in two halves,”says Tony Rose, Xpressive Graphix, Zanesville, Ohio. “Then we bonded clear polycarbonate to the back of the face and used exterior/wet location LEDs to provide the illumination.”
