Design & Price: Truck and trailer for a landscape company

We gave three top sign designers the following scenario and asked them to do a drawing of the graphics they might have produced for the truck and trailer of a small-time lawn care company. We also asked for their comments on how they would deal with this rather common situation:

Buddy does lawn care in your area and has one crew cab pickup and a 16-ft. enclosed trailer. Both are white. He has seen your work on other trucks and wants to upgrade his graphics from the small generic lettering he has now to something that gives him more advertising, because he wants to expand his business and eventually add a second crew with another truck and trailer. Mowing is his primary business, but he also does sprinkler system work. He’s not sure he can afford or needs a wrap—maybe just something on the trailer plus the doors of his pickup.
