Among all the flat sign panels along the street, a curved sign face really stands out. To take advantage of this, Peter Poanessa often puts a curve on a sign face. He shows two ways that he does that in “Put a curve on that sign face”—laminating HDU over a form or forming a thin steel sheet over a curved frame. Both make a really interesting sign that is dramatically different than most of the signs out there.
