Background and banner panel were CNC-router carved on a ShopBot CNC router from 1-in. Signfoam HDU board, bonded to ¾-in. overlaid plywood with West Systems epoxy. The script lettering and outline were cut from 1/8-in PVC board. It was finished with One Shot enamel.
