Sometimes a customer loves the look of custom 3D signs for their storefront but their budget isn’t quite there. That’s when a cutout can come to the rescue.
Cutout graphics have a way of making the whole wall or storefront into the sign. That means a much more dramatic look than a sign on a rectangular panel mounted to the wall.
“If they don’t have the budget for 3D,” says Travis Toews of RT Signs, Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada, “we look at cutting the graphics out. A sign doesn’t have to be a rectangular panel mounted to the storefront. It adds some cost over a flat panel, but cutout graphics can be a great solution.”
Cutting out the lettering and graphics can move their sign up a notch, adding extra interest and appeal for not much extra cost. You can see that in action in “Not enough budget for 3D? Cut it out!”
